Eat To The Beat may be one of the most under-appreciated Toronto Culinary events. Now celebrating its 20th year – it’s a fantastic annual celebration of female chef talent across the city, not to mention a wonderful fundraiser for Willow. Every year the talent really shines at Roy Thompson Hall when fifty of the city’s top women chefs offer unique and delightful creations. Here are just a few of the delicious offers from ETTB 2014.

Before we get into the Food, however, we simply must mention that at it’s heart, Eat to the Beat is really about supporting Willow and cancer survivors. The years and years of generious donations and support from ETTB makes this a fantastic cause, while also having a great time. There’s always some amazing goods at the Silent Auction – not to mention the amazing prizes with the Raffle!

The celebrations are always lively, and the annual Corset tradition is probably one of the most fun aspects of the night, always food related – it’s a treat to see the unique styles and costumes that the ladies come up with every year!

Now, on to the food. The full gallery of everything we tried is at the very bottom, but here a few delicious highlights.

Certainly Savory wasn’t the only taste on the menu – there were sweets galore. From cream puffs to mountains of Macroons. Even a tower of goregous edible mini-fruit cupcakes.

But how could we go on and on about the food, when there was also the DRINK! Delightful options from local (and not-so-local) wineries and breweries.

Cheers! To a night of celebration! For the 20 years of support so far, and to 20 more! See you at ETTB 2015!
